Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Latvia, destinations across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the delivery address and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by the carrier, destination, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfilment process.

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and the United States, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price shown by Tyro.

If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, the tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
